Our commitment

VerdantBloom LLC wants everyone to be able to shop with us, whatever tools they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and we review the store as we add features.

What we have done

• Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link to main content on every page.
• Keyboard access to navigation, filters, product options, cart and checkout.
• Visible focus styles and form labels tied to their inputs, with errors announced in text.
• Descriptive alternative text for product and editorial imagery.
• Colour combinations chosen to meet contrast requirements in light and dark appearance.
• Layouts that reflow to 320px width and support browser zoom without loss of content.

Known limitations

Some product details depend on imagery, so we also describe specifications in text and offer email support. Third-party carrier tracking pages are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. We are continuing to improve announcements for cart updates in older screen reader and browser combinations.
