Returns & Refund Policy

Our 30-day window

You may return unopened items in their original, unmarked packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must be unused, with any seals and shrink wrap intact.

Opened or used items

Items that have been opened or used cannot be resold as new and are therefore not eligible for a standard return. This exclusion does not affect your rights where an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Gift cards and final-sale items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email info@verdantbloom.sbs within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping, and cover the cost of return postage where a return is needed.

How to start a return

1. Email info@verdantbloom.sbs with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
3. Pack the items securely and include the authorisation slip.
4. Ship the parcel with a tracked service and keep your receipt until the refund arrives.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect. We cannot accept returns sent without prior authorisation.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the whole order is returned because of our error. Promotional discounts are recalculated proportionally across the items kept.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the shade or size you want, so your replacement isn't held up by the return.
