Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and VerdantBloom LLC, 4402 Highmarket St, Georgetown, SC 29440. By browsing or ordering from this store you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours, shades and textures may appear differently on your screen, and packaging may change between batches. Ingredient lists are published for each product, but always read the carton you receive because formulations can be updated.

Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are intended to cleanse, beautify or improve the appearance of skin, hair and nails. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice; speak to a qualified healthcare professional about any skin or health concern.

Safe use

Patch test before first use, follow the usage instructions on each product page, avoid contact with the eyes unless stated otherwise, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep products out of reach of children. Do not use a product if you know you are allergic to any listed ingredient.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

Shipping and returns

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, product photography, logos and design, belongs to VerdantBloom LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store: no scraping, interference with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or use of it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, and the courts of Georgetown County, South Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
