Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order processing

Orders are packed at our Georgetown, South Carolina facility Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched the next business day. During launches and sale periods, processing can take up to two business days.

Delivery options and costs

• Standard Shipping — 3 to 7 business days, $6.95, complimentary on orders over $60 after discounts.
• Expedited Shipping — 2 to 3 business days, $14.95.
• Overnight — next business day when ordered before 1:00 PM ET, $29.95.

Delivery estimates are counted in business days from dispatch, not from the moment you order, and exclude weekends and holidays. Alaska, Hawaii and remote ZIP codes may take longer.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot deliver to freight forwarders. We are unable to ship certain pressurised or flammable items by air; where this applies, the affected item will ship by ground at no extra cost to you.

Tracking your parcel

You will receive a dispatch email with a carrier tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also check your progress on our Order Tracking page using the order number from your confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show carrier movement.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, please check with others at your address and any safe places used by the carrier, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photographs to info@verdantbloom.sbs within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the affected items.

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the address is corrected; reshipping costs may apply.
